These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Career Success Academy website and the coaching services offered by Career Success Academy, a unit of SDC Students Data Services. By using this website or enrolling in any programme, you agree to these terms.
The content on this site is provided for general information about our courses, faculty, batches and facilities. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse any part of it.
We make every effort to keep course details, batch timings, syllabus coverage and fee information accurate and current. However, details may change without prior notice. Exam dates, patterns and eligibility criteria are set by the respective conducting bodies, and you should always verify them from the official notification.
Admission to any programme is confirmed only after the completion of the admission formalities and payment of the applicable fees. Fees, once paid, are governed by the refund terms communicated at the time of admission. Seats in a batch are limited and allotted on a first-come basis.
The academy reserves the right to reschedule, merge or discontinue a batch, and to change faculty or class timings, where necessary for academic or operational reasons.
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, complete assignments and tests, and follow the discipline and code of conduct of the academy. The academy may discontinue the enrolment of a student for serious misconduct, without any obligation to refund fees.
Our courses are designed to prepare students thoroughly for competitive and board examinations. Results depend on each student’s own effort, attendance and aptitude. Past results shared on this website are actual achievements of our students and are not a promise or guarantee of similar outcomes for any individual.
All study material, question banks, test series, notes, videos, logos, course names and website content are the property of Career Success Academy / SDC Students Data Services. They are provided for the personal use of enrolled students and may not be copied, shared, resold, recorded or distributed in any form without written permission.
This website may contain links to external websites, such as official examination portals. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those websites.
To the extent permitted by law, Career Success Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from reliance on information published on it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
